IE 7 deployment issues

Hi All,

We have deployment issues with IE7. After deploying IE7 on user machines, we
found following issue though installation says completed successfully.

-IE Desktop icon didn't get replaced with IE7 icon. Clicking on IE6 icon
creates IE shortcuts on desktop
-Ctrl+F4 key doesn't work. Usually it closes the Tab but nothing happens
when we press the key.
-We can't add new search providers and automatic detection of search
provider while browsing websites doesn't work
-RSS feeds doesn't get detected automatically
-From Tools menu list, "Pop-up Blocker" sub menu items are missing

Reinstalling the IE7 fixing the issue but we want to know what caused the
issue as we need to deploy IE7 wider audience.

We tried following.
-Verified IE7 installation logs (\winnt\IE7.log and \winnt\IE7_main.log) and
found NO issues
-Verified ManageSoft (Software distribution) installation log files and
found NO issues
-Verified CSA (desktop firewall) events in event viewer and nothing found
suspicious
-Compared IE7 files/folders count on problematic machine with normal machine
and found that count is same
-Verified that all IE related dll files are registered properly on
problematic machines
-Compared IE7 related registry keys on problematic machine with normal
machine and couldn't find any thing suspicious
-Tried running IE7 in "No Add-ons Mode" but still the problem exist
-Verified common IE add-ons installed on problematic machines
-Ran IE7 compatibility test tool to find misbehaving add-on/activeX
controls/plug-ins but it didn't gave any clue

Can someone suggest what else need to verified please?

9 times out of 10, such issues are caused by real-time protections (e.g.,
anti-virus; anti-spyware; some third-party firewalls) that were running in
the background when IE7 was installed.
