Back Arrow Hang

My IE7 back arrow often doesn't work unless I click it twice in rapid
succession. I have WinXP Home with SP3 and all Windows Updates. Any ideas?

The behavior's usually caused by a customized HOSTS file (e.g., from one or
more of your anti-spyware applications). The immediately previous window
contained an advert that the HOSTS file had blocked after you'd clicked on a
link in the original window.

Thanks PA Bear. I have SpySweeper and NAV with anti-spyware.
