Lost Favorites Folders

Since the lase mass update I have had a problem with losing a favorite
folder. Not all folders just the onesI use for work. I have regenerated
this favorite folder several times and it will last from a few days to only
the current session. What is the problem? (I am using Norton Protection
Center)
