Selecting text for copy or print
 

A while ago I posted a question because I was unable to select text to copy
or print in IE7 (I'm using vista on an HP laptop)

At the time the problem was solved by suggesting i tap on the mouse pad
before selecting the test and that seemed to work initially, but now it only
works intermittently

I've read a couple of other posts about a similar problem and read the
article about disabling add ins on IE7 and the post that suggests enabling
clipboard access under tools/options/security/internet/custome level. None
of these have worked for me and I'm getting really frustrated that I can only
select the whole page and delete the bits I don't need.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Sorry. I didn't think it would be seen as it was a while ago. What do I do
now - repost on my original thread or wait for answers on this one?!

Please reply to your original thread so we can have your history available.

In your reply, tell us if you're running Vista or Vista SP1. If the latter,
tell us if SP1 was installed since 10 Aug-08.
