Two links toolbars?

IE 7, Xp Pro.
Is it possible to have two or more links bars?
If so how do I do this.

No. However, you can put a folder of Favorites on your Links toolbat.
(That's what I do.)

Create a folder on the desktop as you normally would. Give it a name.
Move it to the Links toolbar (right-click, drag, select Move).
