Server returns old content to browser

Greetings:

I have personal website that I update continually. A few days ago I updated
it for some new content, and when I clicked my bookmark to view the updated
page, the old page appeared. I went to an internet cafe to see if the new
page would load, and it did.

This happened after I, in an act of utter stupidity, downloaded an FTP
program called LogMeIn.

Any ideas?

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) and IE

While viewing the page press Ctrl-F5.
