Recent Upgrade to IE7

I am running XP SP2 and recently upgraded to IE7.0.5730.13. Now everytime I
open IE, it opens to the Customize Your Settings
pagehttp://runonce.msn.com/runonce3.aspx).
How do I get rid of this. All my settings (default browser, phishing filter,
etc. on are in place in internet options).

I must be a little dense. I went to the below link, read all the threads. I
read everyone talking about this problem, did not see where it tells how to
actually fix it.

These were mentioned as working in that thread:

1) Tools | Internet Options | Security
Make sure scripting is not disabled.

2) See this KB:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945385
"A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7".

3) Or:
http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
Look for:
Problem: IE always goes to <http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx>
instead of your homepage.
