Zoom and Font Size in IE7
We've just bought beautiful new laptops with high resolution screens. This
causes many problems regarding font size, most especially in dialogue boxes
and Internet Explorer. (Dialogue boxes are not such frequent occurrences,
fortunately.)
IE7, however, is a constant problem. The Zoom feature immediately causes the
text to run off the end of the page requiring vertical and horizontal
scrolling - very uncomfortable to read! Adjusting font size from
Accessibility Options (Ignore font size, etc.) ruins webpage formatting - so
much so that text overlaps text and/or boxes making web pages unreadable.
Is there any way to Zoom, but keep the text inside the window borders (like
it does at normal, 100%)? (I've seen mention of other browsers but surely IE
is the 'industry standard', so to speak.)
Cheers,
Chris
