Problem with web site

As i'm new to Vista i am stuck with a slight problem.
I have been using this site for many years & when i tried to use the site is
shuts down on me.

I can click on all the different pages[on left] & once i click on census the
web pages closes wioth either fix problem or close window. The message that
appears is
