Hide the search toolbar

Hello I have windows XP pro and Internet Explorer 7.
What I want is to hide the search bar so when opening Internet Explorer stay
at the home page and not be able to use the search bar. Well if the search
bar can't be hidden at least not to be able to search anywhere than just the
selected website.

Is this possible?

Thank you both for your answers. I downloaded both programs, but nothing
happened. The search bar is still there.

It should not be there the next time you start the browser.

Close/reopen IE or reboot.
