IE7 wont let me add dial-up ISP

IE7 wont let me add my dial-up ISP claiming I'm not the
admin of the PC. My husband signed me in as the owner/user
when
we reinstalled the OS some time back. How do I change my
account from owner/user to Admin in XP/Home/Sp2? The
helpfiles don't even mention it that I can see. Do I have
to uninstall IE7 so I can add my dial-up ISP? There are
two admin accounts on this PC but there are nothing in them.
All my files are under My Documents. It's very confusing.

In looking, I'm the "default user." Only 1 person uses
this PC -
myself. All my files are under the "default user" account.
How do I move the files to the Admin account and close the
"default user" account and be the Admin of my own PC?
I haven't had a problem adding my dial-up ISP until I
installed IE7.

Does your dial-up ISP provide its own setup software? If so, try running
their software. If you just want to create your own dial-up connection go to
Network Connections on the Start Menu and run the wizard.
