Error Msg

I have just got the internet but everytime l'm on the net, l receive an error
messege and then l get disconnected from the net.

Yes, same here- have never done support group- if you find a solution will
you reply? Thanks I'm guessing if someone has solution they reply to us. I
see next group has similar problem and suggestion was to go to microsoft but I
get dropped when I 1)submit my question 2) hit submit 3)get dropped 4) then
get an e-mail that says "undeliverable message"
