Unable to download from Windows Live Gallery

When i try to download things from Live Gallery, there is a message stating
"Windows Explorer 6 or higher needed"

Does anyone have any ideas ormaybe has experienced the same problem?

I should have said that I recently installes Windows Explorer 8 Beta 2
