Cut and Paste into adress bar crashes IE8

Current environment: XP with SP3

Issue: Cut and Paste in address bar crashes IE8

Details: When I copy and paste into IE8’s address bar, IE8 crashes; error
message was “Just-In-Time� debugger. I disable windows debugging and still
got the same error message. I just install Visual Studio and VS’s message is
Visual Studio – Just In Time Debugger – An unhandled win32 exception occurred
in iexplore.exe [2408]. And Visual Studio is not the issue, because it was
crashing before the Visual Studio install. HELP!
