IE8 & Norton

When I open IE8 Norton disconnects "phishing" protection. If I click on the
Norton control panel it restores immediately, no problem, but the act of
opening IE8 seems to disconnect it. All other Norton safeguards remain on.

This is probably by design, to avoid conflicts with the beta version of IE8.
IE8 provides similar phishing protection if the SmartScreen filter is
enabled from IE> Safety, etc.

Norton does not play nicely with betas.
IE8 is a beta.
