Out of Memory at line: 56 just occured with me at http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2008/0...l-warning.html. I just got and started using a Toshiba Satellite X205-S9349 laptop with Windows Vista. It has 2G Ram, Intel T7100,NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT with 256MB VRAM I.E. 7.0.6001.1800. I just downloaded all available Windows and McAfee updates prior to this happening. That was the first thing I did. Thanks for your assistance.

Older versions of the Flash Player have been known to cause this issue "Out
of Memory at line: 56", you might make sure you have the latest version of
the Flash Player installed.

Latest version of the Flash Player is 9.0.124.0

So just what NNTP client did you use to post to Usenet? Obviously it
sucks at limiting the line length to something reasonable, like 76
characters, or less. Might it be GrabIt? If so, check if has options
to be polite when posting text messages.


Regarding Don's reply, you might want to use Adobe's Flash uninstaller
before trying to perform an on-demand install of the latest version.
Also make sure you disable any popup blockers.

"Page not available" when I visited. Maybe they were in a transition
state. Have you yet flushed your browser's temp file cache?
