Please forgive me for disturbing this board, but I found this page when searching for information on a same problem that has been reported to me regarding a non-profit website I am, by default, responsible for at the following site:
http://www.stjude.jp
Some (but not all) IE users receive a blank page. As I do not have a windows PC, it is especially dificult for me to track this problem. The site was created on a Mac using Adobe Dreamweaver.
I am not certain if it is related, but it appears that browers that properly receive the page access the following files:
/index.html
/mm_spacer.gif
/spacer.gif
/panagia3.jpg
/favicon.ico
/mm_training.css
However, those that receive a blank page only access:
/index.html
/favicon.ico
The following was one person that received a blank page:
Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
As with the original poster, affected parties receive only a blank page, and no error message.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
P. A. Koroluk
