Bug Report: Not able to post to this forum

Via IE 8b2 I was not able to get the popup for New comment to populate. It
starts to come up and then goes to Done with an empty panel. You will like
this one IE Developers but I am posting with FF 3.

IE8 help and support directs you to the wrong newsgroup. (Not your fault!)
