IE7 Startup problem

I just re-installed IE7 after getting rid of the IE8 Beta.My problem is that
IE7 has a default settings screen when first started up, and I can't seem to
get IE7 to accept my chosen options and allow my normal homepage to load upon
startup. Anyone have any suggestions?

One assumes you were running IE6 when you installed IE8 Beta 1 or 2.

A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7
