DNS error

Hi, lately I've been having this problem when I'm browsing websites and all
of the sudden some of the sites i'm trying to check out stop loading I hit
refresh and the same thing happens and i get this error:
res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm... and then it just stops trying to load the
site and shows that error everytime I hit refresh, how can I fix it?
