cannot display web paegs

I have tried to go to a series of web paghes all with the
"dmlss.detrick.army.mil" in the HTTPS URL like the following -
https://techsupport.dmlss.detrick.army.mil/
I am using IE7 version 7.0.5730.11 . I have tried the IE7 troubleshootoing
guide, the simulationg IE6 from IE7, changing Host file name, and no add ons
to name most of them.
