interupted flash video downloads

A few videos from youtube start and stop and start and stop while viewing
them. This happens on my desktop computer with WXP PRO and IE 7. After it
finally finishes, if i play it again, it plays smoothly. This does NOT
happen on my laptop with WXP PRO and IE 7, nor are other people having the
same problem. Most other videos from youtube view smoothy and normally on my
desktop computer. Why do some view with starting and stopping on my desktop
computer but not on my laptop nor on other people's computers, while most
other videos view normally? thank you!
