Can't launch Google Earth

I have SP3 and all latest IE 7 updates. Have downloaded Google Earth. When
I click run, get message"libexpatw.dll" is missing. I used to have and run
G'Earth okay. Where can I get the .dll module?

Welp, since that file is part of Google Earth, I personally would try;
uninstall Google Earth, download a fresh copy and re-install.

Hi,
Is libexpatw.dll present in Program Files> Google> Google Earth?

Regardless, the easiest way to resolve this is probably to uninstall,
re-download, reinstall Google earth.
