Cannot access one particular web site

I am using Vista Home premium with IE7. For the last 3days, I can browse all
over the internet except for one particular site to do my internet banking. I
get the message "Internet explorer cannot display the web page". I have
received email from this bank containing links to the various services they
offer. When i place the mouse pointer on one of these links, it shows
"blocked". I have reset my firewall rules to default with no luck. Please,
please assist.

Sainty, Click on Tools>Internet Options>Security Tab>Trusted Sites>Sites, add
your banking web site to trusted sites. Hope that does it for you.
