Session cookies enabled but bank website says they are not

New laptop, internet explorer 7, windows XP SP3 - when I t ry to logon to my
internet banking I am told to enable session cookies. When I check all my
settings, first and third party cookies are accepted and session cookies
enabled. Bank techs can't fix it, computer manufacturer support can't fix
it. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Thanks, i tried that, but I don't have the website in my list of favourites
in the first place.

Have you tried the other article - the one referenced in the link I gave
you?

I had this exact same problem.. however I got it to work! What did it
for me was to double check my system clock. It turned out that for
whatever reason my system clocked had been changed to a few months
earlier. Once, I adjusted it to the correct time it worked great!
