Skype Problem

I have Skype installed on my IE6/WinXP Home computer. Recently, Skpe seems
to automtically convert all phone numbers into Skpe links. in doing so, it
usually cuts off part of the phone number, to make room for a US flag icon.

How can I stop this takeover?

Disable or uninstall the Skype toolbar. Skype will work just fine without
the browser add-on.
