IE7 Will Not Open my.live.com Properly

I am having problems with IE7 not opening my.live.com. I have no problems
with other browsers or using IE elsewhere. I am using IE7pro as an add-on,
but am using similar if not identical settings on my laptop. My desktop and
laptop are running XP Pro with all updates. This is just a really odd
behavior. The modules start to open, but then just collapse. A screenshot is
here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/totfit/2705118422/sizes/o/ I clicked on
the error icon on the status bar and the error message is included. Any help
would be appreciated.
