Internet Explorer 7

Hi everyone,
My internet explorer seems to work fine, it has been ever since. However,
when I try to download from microsoft.com/downloads it brings the main page
in but when I click on the particular item I want to download it cannot
display the page. I’ve been trying for two days. I uninstalled my previous
version on net framework as it was suggested by ms and now I can’t download
the new one at all.
Could anyone please help?
