Re: what is offline content?
Hi,
Offline content consists of webpages which have been saved for offline
viewing (no internet connection required.) This is the purpose of the "Make
available offline" check box on the "Add favorite" screen in IE6 and earlier
browsers.
If you aren't saving pages for offline viewing you should always clear
offline content.
Clearing offline content will also delete 0 kb files created when Outlook
Express, Windows Mail and possibly other mail/news programs are used to read
newsgroup messages.
Hope this helps,
Don
