asked a question and reply to email would not open

this is frustrating. need to remove the runonce page for settings in IE7
when opening internet explorer. even after setting my home page to msn.com.

I'll tell you what frustrates me. What frustrates me is that people
won't read the newsgroup first before posting a question that has
already been asked and answered hundreds of times, nor will they do a
web search for an issue that is discussed in thousands of places on the
web. Like this:

"Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead
of your homepage"
