Parental Controls for Vista Business

Since Vista Business doesn't have Parental Controls and my ISP (btinternet)s
parental controls does not work with Windows Vista- how can I get some
parental controls in place on this computer I have in my home office? What I
mainly want to do is block certain sites such as You tube from my kids.
