Do yourself a big favor and uninstall Windows Live Toolbar. Oddly enough
for a MS application (but perhaps not for a Windows Live application), it
does NOT play nice with IE7 in a fully-patched version of WinXP SP2 and SP3.

Those with IE7-specific questions or comments are asked to post to and seek
support in this newsgroup: microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
