Should we already know what versions of Internet Explorer and Windows
you have?
For the moment let's guess IE 6 on Windows XP. Go to Tools > Internet
Options > Advanced tab > remove the checkmark from 'Display a
notification about every script error'; add a checkmark to 'Disable
Script Debugging'. Similar instructions for IE 7 on XP. If you have
Vista or IE 5.5 or below, sorry.
