Video viewing

When viewing a video on the internet, the video keeps stopping will not play
without intermitting. I feel that some of my setting are probbly not set
correct so that the video can play continous. Please Help

Is this a contest to see how well we can solve a problem with as little
information as possible?
IE version?
What kind of video? Flash?
Windows version and Service Pack level?
What third party security programs do you have running?
