Can't login to website after RESET

Hi,

I am the webmaster for crawfordperformance.com and 2 of the computers at our
office can not login into the crawfordperformance.com/videos/ section of the
website and the others have no problems.

Some notes below:
1. All computers are running Windows XP Service Pack 2
2. All computers are running Windows internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13 (updated
from version 6 about 6 months ago)
3. The first computer seems to have always had this problem.
4. The second computer I was able to duplicate the problem (it use to work
fine). In order to duplicate the problem, Tools->Internet
Options->Advanced->Reset and after performing this operation I can not login
in through that computer anymore.

What can be cleared or cleaned in order to resolve this problem?

Did you read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 (especially the "What
You Must Know" section)?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?
