IE7 Can't access certain websites after July 8 2008 Windows Update

My computer at home and at the office can access most websites but not
certain ones like www.cnn.com and www.aol.com after the July 8th automatic
update. I run Norton Internet Security and have tried disabling the
firewall, turning off phishing protection, "allowing" Microsoft Internet
Explorer, all to no avail.

But I can access many other sites. For example I can access
www.microsoft.com, but also www.google.com.

I appreciate your help.

About 1 minute after I wrote the above Post, it suddenly started working. I
cannot explain it. I didn't do anything except write the post and then I
could access CNN.com and AOL.com. I live in France and use Orange
(www.orange.fr) as my ISP. Do you think their server was somehow blocking
certain sites? Very strange...
