Internet Explorer 7 Error Message

I have been getting the following Windows Internet Explorer Error message and
would like to know how I can get rid of it.

Failed on loading skin name “minibcont�. The file “shell.css� is required
in your “sscommon/skins/minibcont/css/� directory. To fix this problem,
please check the skin name in your config file, or reinstall the application.

This Window will be closed.

Once I click yes to the message, I get the following message.

The webpage you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to
close this window?

Once I click yes to the message, I get the following message.

Any information would be helpful. I tried to reload Internet Explorer 7,

This is a known issue for Dell Computers with the Dell Support Center.

Not related to a browser, Michel. Once again you prove that you have
nothing useful to contribute.

Reinstall the Dell Support Program and it will stop.

The issue is exactly with Dell Support Center. This is a software that is not
necessary for the computer. You may even uninstall it forever..
