Problemas Con la actualizacion de KB935509

saludos, Estoy tratando de instalar sp1 de windows vista para una version
Ultimate pero no he podido no me sale la opcion por windows update y segun
lo que he estado investaigando es por la actualizacion que nombre en
elasunto la cual me da error de atualizacion y no c por que he buscado por
todas parte y no consigo resolver, esa actualizacion es para el bitlocker de
windows.
agradezco lo que me puedan ayudar.

Tienes que indicarnos qué error concreto te aparece durante la instalación.
O mejor aún, reproduce el problema una vez más, abre el fichero
C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log y copia y pega por aquí las 40-50 últimas
líneas para que echemos un vistazo.

El error que recibes es un error genérico y lamentablemente no hay una
"receta mágica" que sirva para todos los casos. Un caso parecido que analicé
hace algún tiempo lo logré solucionar iniciando el sistema desde el DVD de
Vista y seleccionando la opción de reparación de inicio. Tienes información
detallada en la ayuda de Windows Vista:

Si no te sirviera esta solución, habría que examinar, como mínimo, el
fichero C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log, que registra información detallada
sobre la instalación de cada actualización de Windows Vista. Si quieres,
puedes adjuntarlo comprimido a mi dirección de correo, le echo un vistazo y
te comento algo por aquí.
