ich habe Win 7 64 Bit auf meinem PC installiert.
Wenn ich den Rechner herunterfahre wird immer gemeldet, dass noch Updates zu
installieren sind, obwohl alles installiert ist.

Und was soll uns das jetzt sagen? Installierst Du die Updates? Kommt
die gleiche Frage bei jedem Shutdown? Wenn ja, dann hilft es
vermutlich den Download Cache zu leeren und uns zu posten, welche
Updates dauernd installiert werden sollen. Ruf Windows Update auf uns
lass nach Updates suchen. Welche werden dir zur Installation
angeboten?
Öffne eine Administrative Comandline. Dort dann ausführen:
net stop wuauserv [ENTER]
rd /s /q %windir%\SoftwareDistribution [ENTER]
net start wuauserv [ENTER]
