Deaktivieren des Dienstes: X10 Device Network Service

Hallo,

Ich habe den Dienst "Service: X10 Device Network Service (x10nets)"
deaktiviert.
Welche Folgen kann das haben, wo wird dieser Dienst überhaupt gebraucht?

Ok. ok. ich kann den Dienst ja wieder aktivieren, aber es interessiert
mich, ob ich den überhaupt brauche und wozu?

This service is required for the ATI remote control to work with your
system. If you do not use the remote control then you can disable this
service.

Ich verwende den remote control nicht. Danke, werde den Dienst also
deaktivieren.

was ist "ATI remote control"? Vermute, daß ich das niemals brauchen werde.
Wo gibt es eine Aufstellung, welche Dienste man besser aktiviert und welche
nicht.

Nun, die/das Remote Control ist die notwendige Software für die
Fernsteuerung Deines PC (Liegt da vielleicht so ein Teil irgendwo auf Deinem
Schreibtisch rum???):

Ich denke. diesen Hinweis hat der Poster verdient, auch wenn das alles nicht

Wundere dich aber nicht, wenn die Infrarot-Fernbedienung deiner TV-Karte
dann auch nicht mehr funktioniert.

Na ja, endlich einer, der mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich brauche diesen Dienst
also für meine TV-Karte an meinem Nootebook - Danke, das war`s!
