High CPU usage caused by DCOMLAUNCH

Hi there, I just got a new USB-stick for my UMTS access from the provider
tele.ring in Austria. It's one of those HUAWEI devices. When the stick is in
use, eg I'm online, the svchost.exe (DCOMLAUNCH) is at high CPU usage all the
time (average > 10%, peaks at 30-40%. This slows down the overall system
performance and if on battery, the usage time is cut down at half.

Any idea?

Contact the support of your provider.
Please keep in your mind:
