Intel 540(P IV 3,2 GHz) mit Windows Vista 64 Bit möglich?

kurze Frage: Ist die Installation von Windows Vista 64 Bit mit einem
Intel P-IV 540 3,2 GHz möglich?

also nach der Liste unterstützt meine Prozessorversion kein EM64T. Ist
es trotzdem möglich Vista 64 Bit zu installieren? Geht Vista 64 Bit in
einem Kompatiblitätsmodus oder lässt es sich erst gar nicht installieren?
