Änderungsdatum = Erstelldatum bei Setup

Hallo,

wenn ich eine Anwendung installiere habe ich immer das Datum des Herstellers
als Änderungsdatum und mein Rechnerdatum als Erstelldatum.

Kann es sein, dass ich das Datum des Herstellers, z.B. 1.4.2006, sowohl als
Änderungsdatum als auch als Erstelldatum bekomme?
