Vista preview pan

Hi,

I installed vista on my laptop which has 2GB of RAM say A. and i have other
laptop also which has 1.5 GB of RAM say B.

When i click on any item e.g file like excel, word etc in Laptop B, i can
see the preview of the file on preview pan.

But with laptop A i am unable to see the preview where i have selected the
preview pan option. I can see Jpeg file but the word / Excel file i am not
able to see and as well in outlook also i cant preview my files attached
with mail.

I am using Office 2007 installed on vista.
