I am little Cobol Developer with a owner aplication who works at 16 bits.

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium where I can put a Command Line Window, wide, as bigger as the screen.

I have another Windows Vista Home Premium where I cannot open de Command Line Window as bigger as the screen! It tels me something like this: the system doens't allow the operation!

It simms to me, the systems are exactly the same version.

Someone can help me?
