Help with att uverse router (2wire 3800HGV-B

What are the configurations I need for this router?
I have already added tcp ports 4125, 433, 80

I have added the windows live domain name but cant get it to go that way.

I have to use the IP address to use the remote and web features

these ports do not only need to be added, but must also be forwarded to the
current internal IP address of your home server.

Does your router directly connect to the Internet or do you have an extra
modem attached (which might create a double NAT scenario, which is not
supported for WHS Remote Access).
