Synchronising Foolders with a WHS?

Is it possible to get folders on a client PC to synchronise with the WHS?

Sure, use any tool you like that can handle UNS names.
Or use Robocopy for command line operations.

You can also use Microsoft's Live mesh
https://www.mesh.com/Welcome/Default.aspx . It works like SyncToy but also
lets you access and sync your files online, and remote desktop into any PCs
on your home network even they are home versions of windows.
