You are posting a response to a spam message in a German language newsgroup.

Go to the security portal, and download the current definitions for Windows
Defender:

http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal

look in the right column, and download the 32-bit definitions for Windows
Defender.

This should both bring you up to date, and probably take care of the issue
of updates not happening automatically as well.

i down loaded free trial today works really well except that the trial
version only allows you to remove up to 20 files. does work quiclkly and is
simple to use. just wish they,d let you use it a few times before you commit
to buying it
