HP Pavilion Entertainment Laptop, won't go past the f2...screen
When I hit any of the function keys it gives a black screen with diagonal lines on it. If I hit esc it goes to a screen that give the system information and it says TPM missing or TPM problem. I have tried to do a system recovery but it won't go to that screen either. Any suggestions on how I can at least format the drive and re-install the OS? Any help you can office would be appreciated. I have tried everything that I know. Help!!!!  Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!
