I am a new member on Vistaheads!
Hello to all who read these posts and those that add to them. I just responded to the thread named '"My" folders inaccessible via explorer', and that is why I joined here. I have my own computer consulting business and have been in the computer business since it started, and now I specialize in PCs and networking. I have responded to other online forums as well, and I always fully research my solutions before posting, so it is never guess work, or just 'I think...'. Many online post are of that nature, and either do not address the stated problem, or do not apply to it, or are simply wrong. So, be careful when following someone's answer or explanation!
Also, it appears that this forum is designed soley or primarily for Windows Vista, but this OS is fast getting phased out. In addition, many of the issues and formats and OS properties apply to both Vista and Windows 7.
